Case Commercial was founded in April of 2010 by Rodney Gustafson, who has served as Principal and Managing Broker ever since — with over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate world.
2010 The founding
Rodney Gustafson founds Case Commercial in Denver. In the years since, he has become a trusted name throughout the many wonderful neighborhoods of Denver — representing office, industrial, and retail owners, occupiers, and investors across the metro.
2024 The next generation
Rodney invited Danny Forebaugh to join Case Commercial as Danny completed his freshman year of college. What began as an internship quickly developed into a shared vision for building something larger. Since then, Rodney has served as a mentor to Danny, who has grown into a driven and knowledgeable commercial real estate broker serving the Denver Metro area.
