Rod has over 21 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in Denver, CO, and he has enjoyed quite a diverse background both in and out of the real estate market. As an expert in office and industrial leasing, user sales and purchases, and commercial property investments, Rod has worked with numerous clients. He takes pride in working toward the successful completion of each transaction in which he is involved.

Rod enjoys the challenges of working with various small and large office and industrial sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors, where he uses his skills as a CCIM to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. In his off-hours, Rod continues to hone his skills in negotiating, lease analysis, and investment analysis and nurtures the relationships he has built with his commercial real estate clients.

Daniel Forebaugh brings a high level of energy, discipline, and urgency to Case Commercial. His interest in real estate began early, earning his Colorado real estate license before graduating from high school and entering commercial real estate knowing it was the only thing he ever wanted to do, which is different for a lot of brokers his age. Building a book of business for himself was one of his main priorities, and Rodney was the person to help him do just that.

Before beginning his brokerage career, Daniel spent several years caddying at distinguished golf clubs in Colorado and abroad, including Castle Pines Golf Club and Cherry Hills Country Club. That experience placed him alongside business owners, investors, and prominent leaders throughout the Denver community, allowing him to develop meaningful relationships while learning the importance of preparation, discretion, communication, and exceptional service.

Today, Daniel applies that same relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate. He focuses on the Denver metropolitan area, including communities farther out such as Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Castle Pines, where he actively canvasses trade areas, tracks tenant activity, studies ownership patterns, and maintains consistent communication with landlords, investors, and operators.

Daniel does not believe opportunities should be approached passively. He brings urgency to every assignment, is always ready to take a call, and performs the detailed work necessary to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

Austin joins Case Commercial as an Underwriting Analyst, bringing a sharp analytical mindset and a lifelong connection to the Denver market. Raised in the Denver area his entire life, Austin has a genuine familiarity with the neighborhoods, submarkets, and communities the team works in every day. This insight goes beyond spreadsheets and into a real understanding of the region.

A Finance student at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, Austin leads the financial underwriting side of the business. His investment analysis is a crucial part of the process, and his ability to crunch numbers accurately works hand in hand with it to gather clear and correct results.

Austin is joining Rodney and Danny at an exciting moment for Case Commercial, eager to help build out the firm's underwriting process from the ground up and contribute to its continued growth. He believes strongly in Rodney and Danny's ability to bring appealing deals to the table, and is excited to be part of growing the team.
